Wednesday is the day for registration and saying hello to fellow Seabee arrivals and their guests. Welcome to Washington we are glad to have you visit with us. Remember it rains a lot so you may not want to permanently relocate to our area. Besides it would continue to increase our population and that seems to be the way earlier transplants want it. For me I am happy you are here and hope that many of you will join us in our mild and beautiful climate.

Thursday is a full day for Seabees and their Guests: The morning starts with the Commanders and Secretaries Breakfast 7:30 to 9:00 AM (Ticketed Event).

At 9:00 AM General Membership and Ladies Auxiliary (joint meeting for the opening ceremony). At 12:00 Noon Ladies Luncheon followed by a Shopping Trip to Fairhaven, afternoon of fun and time together. (Ticketed Event)

Thursday afternoon for the Seabees will be a continuation of the morning session.

Thursday Evening is Dinner on your own and time to visit with friends at the Hospitality Room; Hours for the Hospitality Room are as posted, please observe the minimal rules of decorum for the Hotel and the other guests.

Friday is the bus tour to Boeing and the Navy Facility at Smokey Point, WA. This is a great trip to visit Boeing; I hope that you have had an opportunity to view their web site.

Saturday Memorial Service (Ticketed Event because we have a bus, lunch and visit two parks with fee based facilities.) will be at a County Park, all ADA facilities available, lunch served at conclusion of Memorial Service and an afternoon tour of Pioneer Park in Ferndale (HOME OF ISLAND X-3). (Minimum participation of 56 passengers) Yes. We must pay for transportation and lunch. I apologize for that, but it is an opportunity you will not have again.

Pioneer Park in Ferndale just five minute ride from Hovander Park will be the second park we will visit on Saturday. We will have lunch at Hovander before boarding the bus for the short trip to Ferndale.
Saturday Evening Banquet and Recognition Dinner (Ticketed Event) Cash Bar, dinner at 6:00 PM Come one come all for this gala event., raffles and door prizes plus the 50/50 drawing.
